We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our appointment system. Beginning on June 12th, 2023, we will be implementing a new system that will improve our ability to schedule and manage appointments.
As part of this change, We have listened to your feedback. and on the 18th of May, 2023, we will go live with our new online consultation service-Patient Triage accuRx. This is an excellent way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.
Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but would love to hear your feedback.
With accuRx it will allow for more efficient booking and better communication between our team and our patients. We understand that change can be difficult, but we believe that this new system will ultimately result in better service and more timely care.
