Mr David Abioye (m)

Miss Magda Jastrzebsk (f)

You will see me if you have a long term condition for your annual review, specifically in Asthma (adults and children over 12), COPD and Hypertension.
If your medication or dose needs changing, I will guide you through the process.
I can answer your medication queries, for example if you are experiencing side effects, through telephone and face to face appointments that can be arranged by calling the surgery.
I will review all your medications if you have been in hospital to ensure they are up to date.
I will also be in touch if your regular blood test is due, arrange testing and explain if or how your repeat prescriptions are affected.
Additional languages spoken: Polish

Ms Alice Grossington

Pharmacy Technician

My role at Spring Hill as a Pharmacy Technician largely involves processing all of the repeat prescription requests which come to the surgery. Each of them are examined to ensure that necessary reviews or blood monitoring are up to date; and that prescriptions are due and suitable for processing. I can help with many prescription questions you may have (e.g. stock availability, information on prescription fees or which items are available on prescription) but if you need more information regarding your medications; I can also help to find the right person for you to see or speak with.
